About Maya DeNola (she/her), MSW, LCSW, CYP-500
Forensic Social Worker | Expert Witness | Clinical Supervisor | Psychotherapist
"I’m not a traditional therapist—or human, for that matter. My life hasn’t been cookie-cutter
perfect, but through it, I’ve learned what it means to truly heal. My mission is to help others
do the same—to move from surviving to thriving."
Maya DeNola, LCSW, is a lifelong advocate for justice, healing, and systems
transformation. A survivor, healer, and changemaker, Maya's passion for transforming the
Criminal Legal system was born from her own experience—having spent a short period of
incarceration as a juvenile. That formative chapter sparked a lifelong dedication to justice
and recovery, both personal and systemic.
Raised in an intentional community in Northern Israel, Maya has lived on three continents
and speaks both English and Hebrew. Her unique global perspective fuels her commitment
to cross-cultural healing, particularly in the Israeli-Palestinian context. Her journey led her
to earn a Master’s Degree in Social Work, along with a minor in Criminal Justice and a
specialization in Forensic Social Work. Maya has served as Clinical Director for reentry
programs and workforce development nonprofits supporting returning citizens.
She currently operates her consulting firm, offering Expert forensic-assessments in high-
stakes resentencing cases; Clinical Supervision to emerging therapists, and operates a
boutique psychotherapy practice where she helps clients move from survival to thriving –
all while hoping between countries across the globe.
She approaches healing with compassion, honesty, and a holistic view of trauma recovery.
Drawing from her own life’s complexity—marked by trauma, loss, and profound healing—
Maya offers a space for growth that is real, grounded, and transformative. While she
doesn't bring her personal struggles into the therapy room, she honors them as the roots of
her resilience and therapeutic wisdom.

About Lindsey Provencher (she/her), LPCC
Lindsey Provencher is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor originally from Southern California, with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. Her clinical work has spanned diverse settings, including schools, county behavioral health programs, substance use treatment centers, non-profits, and private practice.
Motivated by a desire for change and a sense of adventure, Lindsey made the leap to relocate internationally. She now lives in Spain with her spouse and two young children, where her work has naturally evolved from traditional therapy into whole-person wellness coaching and ethical somatic coach training for professionals.
Her coaching practice is especially focused on supporting individuals navigating the complexities of cross-cultural transitions, identity shifts, and the emotional landscape of parenting. Lindsey brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her work, drawing on her clinical foundation, somatic practices, and lived experience to walk alongside others navigating meaningful life transitions.

About Kelsey Di Pirro (she/her), LCSW, CAADC, AASW, SEP
**Hello! I'm Kelsey Di Pirro, LCSW, CAADC, AASW, SEP (she/her/hers)**
I specialize in exploring the intersection of substance use and trauma through a harm reduction lens. This approach is crucial for understanding and addressing these complex challenges. I hold clinical licenses in both Michigan and Illinois, and I’m internationally certified as an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I’m also a certified Animal Assisted Social Worker, which adds a unique dimension to my practice.
I’m passionate about supporting individuals on their journeys of healing and recovery. My journey in trauma-informed practices began when I started working with currently and formerly incarcerated individuals, helping them navigate their unique paths to wellness.
Having spent my entire career in non-profit settings, I am deeply committed to serving marginalized communities. I believe in the transformative power of Somatic Experiencing to support organizational trauma healing and empower leaders to become more embodied as they create and hold containers for their staff and professional communities.
SE has fundamentally changed my life and deeply influenced my approach to administrative work and private practice. It's allowed me the opportunity to grow a thriving hybrid practice while also maintaining a healthy work life balance
