
About Janae Borrego, (she/all), LMFT
Janae is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, credentialed in California, Florida, Vermont, and Idaho.

She holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-I), Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional, and Certified EMDR Therapist. With over 14 years of experience in the mental health field—and 12 years as a practicing therapist—Janae brings a wealth of expertise from working across a variety of roles and settings.

She is the founder of JB Psychotherapy, Coaching, and Consulting, where she provides psychotherapy, empowerment coaching, and mental performance coaching to a diverse client base. Through her private practice, she actively champions LGBTQIA2s+ affirming, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care.

In addition to her private practice, Janae serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at Rainbow Hill Recovery, an outpatient treatment center dedicated to supporting LGBTQIA2S+ individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. She is also a proud committee member of the LGBTQ+AAMHP, an organization committed to fostering safety, cultural competency, and diversity through education and professional development.

About Mandi K. Rector, MA
Mandi Rector is a seasoned leader in behavioral health and nonprofit strategy, bringing over a decade of experience in clinical outreach, business development, and organizational leadership. With a deep commitment to mission-driven work, she has launched and scaled impactful programs that support individuals navigating eating disorders, grief, and mental health challenges.
Currently serving as Board President of the Alliance for Suicide Prevention of Larimer County, Mandi leads with vision and compassion, fostering strong board governance, championing inclusive community partnerships, and driving initiatives that prioritize prevention, education, and postvention care.
Mandi is also a leader at Within Health, a virtual treatment provider where she supports providers, students, and families through highly personalized care pathways. Her work reflects a dedication to expanding access to evidence-based, flexible care models across the U.S.
A graduate of Colorado State University with a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, Mandi combines strategic thinking with heart, mentoring emerging leaders, and advocating for culturally responsive, equitable solutions in behavioral health.
Whether facilitating stakeholder engagement, navigating complex organizational transitions, or championing early intervention, Mandi is driven by one core belief: that leadership is most powerful when it’s in service to others.
